About me:
I am a BACP Accredited psychotherapist with a 10 years' experience of working within different therapeutic settings, including more than two years of working with addictions. I provide counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of issues and can offer both open-ended long-term and solution-focused short-term therapy.
With a background in psychology, I strongly believe in the uniqueness of every individual, with their own values and idiosyncratic experiences, emotions and behaviour.
As a psychotherapist, I value the internal world of every client, and can offer a confidential and safe environment where you can share and explore your concerns without being judged or pressured to choose any particular direction.
